Healing Through Art — A Safe Space

Improve your emotional and physical pain symptoms through various art practices and writing exercises.

I am so excited to share my chronic pain recovery journey with the world, as I hope to reach at least one person with this information in hopes that it will help you find some emotional or physical relief if you are feeling stuck or in pain like me. After YEARS of chronic pain & depression, I am nearly pain free today through writing, meditation, and art.

This work is research based and freee!!! It is largely influenced by Nicole Sachs, LCSW and Dr. John Sarno, MD, with my implementation to art making. I am working to begin a podcast as a means to share my message and connect with more artists to talk about their inner voice. I want to facilitate conversations about their art journeys and how their deeper thoughts and emotions influence their work or practice, contributing to healing.
